Currently available as samples and complete orders of any size large or small can be processed within a couple days notice. With a shelf life of 18 months (24 as noted by UMaine Lobster Institute), We produce the freshest blanched and frozen whole lobster product on the market. Within 24 hours of being removed from the cold waters of the Gulf of Maine, the lobster will be blanched, netted, frozen in the IQF tunnel, vacuum packed in a two pack tray or glazed and put into a 10lb box and into our storage freezer and ready for market. We are fully insured USDA and BRC AA Certified so you can be sure our products are produced under the most strict controlled conditions in every step in the process. We also offer co-branding, co-packing and white box production.
